This app is available to all the teachers of the school. It allows usage permissions and functionality to be controlled for each teacher through the back end platform.The functionality available in the Teachers’ App is as follows: -
ATTENDANCE
Using the app the teacher can update the attendance of the class in a matter of seconds which is immediately updated at the back end and is also available to the parents through the Parents’ App.
In case a child is absent, a specific notification is sent to the child’s parent.
The attendance of all students is tabulated and available at the back end for the reference of the school authorities.
School diary
Homework
This option allows the teacher to assign the homework to the class.
The teacher can attach worksheets or photographs in digital format along with the homework assignment. This could be in the nature of pre-prepared files or just a photograph of the assignment prepared.
Comments
Once the homework is checked, the teacher can send comments to the parents on the homework submitted.
Here too, the teacher can take a photo of the assignment which is being commented on and send it with the comment.
Thus allowing the parents to not only know how their child has performed in the homework assignment but the comments on the homework assignment would help the parents to guide their children effectively.
Notice board
This allows the teacher to put up notices for the entire school, or for specific classes/divisions or even just a specific group of students.
All notices can have attachments of different formats of files or photographs, thus allowing elaborate communication.
